✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • The product is incorrect (wrong item shipped)

  • There are missing parts or accessories

🕒 You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.


🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items delivered in perfect condition but not liked due to personal preference

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging or used products

  • Items from sale or clearance categories (unless defective)


📦 How to Request a Return

If your item meets the criteria above, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@thebeeskneesco.com with:

    • Order number

    • Clear pictures or video of the product and issue

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

  3. If approved, we’ll share the return shipping details and process your return

Please do not send the item back without confirmation, as it may not be accepted.


💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the product

  • In case of a prepaid order, we may offer a replacement or store credit, based on your preference


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error

  • In case of delays caused by the courier, we request your patience as we work to resolve it with the logistics partner
